Made in Italy’s Veneto region, Castagner Grappa Prosecco Ice (ABV 37.5%/70cl) is recommended to be served ice-cold and can be consumed as an after-dinner drink. It is distilled from Glera grape pomace (leftover grape skins from wine-making). The skins are treated and stored using the Grappa system for fermentation.

Intrigo Rosso Vermouth (ABV 16%/500ml) is a new vermouth from Spiriti Occulti created by bar managers, Andrea Pellizzato and Marco Gasparello and art director Riccardo Pellizzato.

It has a strong territorial link with the Veneto region and reflects the culture of eighteenth-century Venice, also known as the Serenissima region.

Food Accademia is also launching two food products from popular artisanal confectioner Biscotto Farm.
